ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL DESIGN
This work is a representation of the results of the multi-annual advisory and research work of the author from the field of organization and management. It's main purpose is to show the basis and methods for research and design of organizational models of industrial and other organizations. The work is written primarily from the viewpoint of practical use of represented methods and techniques for research and design of organizational models of mainly industrial organizations. Certain basis, methods and techniques, or their individual components, are useful also for the research and design of nonprofit organizations.
