At the close of June 1992, the Northwood Homicide Task Force has found that William Burns criminal contacts going across the United States and Canada. We have found that there have been investigations from local to federal enforcement agencies . The type of crime that William Burns has been a major controller in are as follows:1. International Auto Theft 2. Narcotic Trafficking3. Federal firearm violations (stolen, full auto, silencers)4. Arson5. Theft related crimes. As of June 1992, at which time a meeting took place at the Task Force Center, it was stated there may be other homicides within the criminal network on William Burns.
