welcome to my world and this new voice of minei have had parkinsons disease (pd) since 1988and have also been dealing with clinical depression (cd)for most of my lifein july 1995 i joined the internetand then i joined an online pd support group(cleverly disguised as a cyber-family)both events changed my lifeand then i discovered that i love writingincluding all the learning that is buried in it for meas a result, this volume is comprised of over 150 e-mail messagessent to my pd support group pals online (aka my cyber-siblings)as well as to my family and friendsthese messages unprecedented (in me at least)poetry and prose pieces along with a few humour itemsjust to keep us all on our toesspeaking of digits, most punctuation and upper case characterswent awol in my early qwerty years mainly due to pdand its effects on my peripheralsi dont miss them one bitand i dont think you will eitherif you come along and join me on my sixteen year trekinto the cyber-light
