Neon Fireworks Dancing On Water, Jessica Nicole Brown's second poetry collection, is a nebulous fever dream of alienation and restlessness. While Moving Stagnancy was blue like an ocean's waves, always in flux, yet always returning to their previous state, a sort of moving stillness, Neon Fireworks Dancing On Water is an agonizing limbo of purple caught in between.
