Neither communism nor colonialism

"Colonialism" represented an important stage of political history throughout the previous two centuries; Where the most advanced countries took control of the peoples they considered backward, claiming that their goal was to take the hands of those peoples in order to renaissance and promote them, as well as the right of the white man to control. In the end, the theory of colonialism has become oblivious, and its connotation ended completely, even if its effects remained today.
