Military Health System Review: Final Report

These Terms of Reference establish the objectives and process for the Military Health System (MHS) Review. This review will assess health cm-e access, patient safety, and health care quality across the MHS, as directed by the Secretary of Defense. Health care provided in support of the Combatant Commands and operational forces is excluded from this review.
