He is currently the Senior Pastor of Fellowship Christian Church, Wilmington, Ohio. He is on the Leadership Presbytery of Christ's Church Fellowship International and is head of his denominational Men's Ministry Task Force. Donovan received his Doctor of Ministry degree from San Francisco Theological Seminary. He and his wife Elaine have four children.
