Meditating on Narrative Passages: Leader's Manual 1

Meditation on Narrative Passages is a tool for seekers and followers of Jesus to use in a small group setting in order to come to know Jesus in a deeper and more intimate way. This is the Leader's manual for volume 1 of 6 volumes in this series. It contains 16 sessions with expanded instructions for the leader/facilitator of the group. Each session focuses on an event in the life of Jesus or the disciples and needs approximately an hour to complete effectively. Group size may vary but sessions are most effective with between three and twelve participants. This tool is very flexible and has been used in many different applications and venues. It combines a non-threatening format that does not require a Biblical background, with the freedom of seeing the event from the perspective of the differing spiritual gifts and backgrounds of each participant. Once participants become comfortable in the safe environment the group creates, sessions become incredibly fun and at the same time highly inspirational.
