Management of sinus membrane perforations during sinus lift surgery

However, in some cases, this is only possible after pre-prosthetic surgical management of the various anatomical obstacles to implant placement, such as the maxillary sinus. The solution of choice is often sinus lift. The aim of this book is to present the different ways of managing sinus membrane perforation during sinus lift.
