Lotus - Mervat Abdel Nasser

This book is a love poem in the flower of "lotus", that flower that the ancient Egyptian took one of its most important symbols, as it is the symbol of life and its permanent renewal. She also had a great symbolism in Greek mythology and in the civilizations of China and India, and on top of that it was an inspiration for art and artists throughout the ages starting from the Italian Renaissance and passing through the influential impressionist school to this day.
