Seven friends united by a friendship that extends for more than thirty years since they attended the famous school in the Zamalek neighborhood. No matter how many days separated them, they did not at least miss their annual meeting on New Year''s Eve in someone''s apartment in the Libon Building overlooking the immortal Cairo Nile. New Year''s Eve 2010 was different when they were drawn to a game they chose to play in order for someone to win a grand prize. Amidst their absorption in their game, we learn about their stories, whose threads are intertwined and strangely consistent with the course of what we used to call a game, which turns out to be the closest thing to the capabilities of life.
