The #LEVELUPCHALLENGE is developed to promote increased #selflove and improved #selfesteem through #selfreflection. The challenge will involve a daily reflection of you, your surroundings, life experiences, and your belief systems. You will be challenged to know and love yourself while evaluating, setting and/or changing your expectations, standards, goals, and boundaries.
