Mrs, Guthans, a native of Mobile, Alabama designed Mardi Gras Floats for over 50 years (the nation's oldest Mardi Gras). This book is the second in a series of books based on her Mardi Gras designs which is written in a fun, factual and whimsical manner appealing to young children.
