Leon Tchaikovsky's OFF HIS MEDS

A delusional man off his meds identifies a police detective investigating a murder as the murderer. The police dismiss his identification. The delusional man stalks the police identification and in that process, meets the police detective's wife and they fall in love. The delusional man must hide from the man he is stalking. Tensions rise when the police detective realizes what is happening.
