The motivation of writing this text occurred to the author when she was asked to teach Knowledge Management in the classes of Library and Information Science. She keenly felt the absence of an effective text for the purpose. This book is meant to fill that void and designed for the students of Information Science, Information Management, and Library and Information Science at different levels. The book can also be used by the students and teachers of any other course where Knowledge Management needs to be studied.
