KDR Combat Judo

KDR Combat Judo is a syllabus sub-set of Kenshindoryu Traditional Judo aimed at those that want to gain self defence abilities without fully immersing themselves in the 'gentle way', and practitioners of other martial arts looking to add throws to their repertoire. The syllabus is structured so that throws requiring harder and more competent break-falling ability appear as the practitioner's skill level grows, while atemi and pressure-point applications are used to enhance the techniques.
