Jumpin' Jehoshaphat! Hot Tamales at Happy Jack!

Two prospectors come off the mountain to find a town where they can get their supplies replenished. One of them had been to a town called Happy Jack several years before when it was a roaring mining town. They found it to be a ghost town where strange things started to happen to them. They tried to leave but something always kept them from it. A flaming red headed hot tempered girl (Tamale) comes looking for her pa who is panning for gold there. One of the prospectors thinking her hair is on fire douses her with water. She shoots her gun, knocks his hat off. They make up gradually and work together to search out the tunnels for her pa. Scavengers appear to rob him of his gold. They try all kinds of things to no avail then start using dynamite. They do take Tamale and her pa as hostages with the Marshall coming to their rescue. Tamale and the one prospector fall in love and he prays that God will help him be able to live with her temper.
