Journey of the Heart

In July 2004, the author volunteered to work at a summer camp for Romanian orphans. "These children epitomized the word SURVIVOR. They were loving, energetic, and full of life despite the trauma of their existence. I found them needy, emotionally draining, and champions at overcoming their sorrow and loss. Etched in my heart are the stories of their lives." Journey of the Heart recounts the author's experience and the deeply moving stories of these children. All proceeds from this book will be donated to Children on the Edge.
