Christian teaching on how to pray. This book is for all the people who have been frustrated in their attempt to pray consistently and are seeking a format for prayer. In my search, people would tell me that there was no format; that you simply had to let the Holy Spirit guide you. I agree that the Holy Spirit can and will guide you, but there are some of us who need a starting point in the form of a format and then can transition into "just being led."
