I have read with great interest the work of Mr. Morris on International Arbitration and Procedure, now published by the Yale University Press, and am sure it will be a real contribution to the literature on the sub ject. Mr. Morris has delivered lectures in the Yale Law School for eight years on this topic, and is familiar, by reason Of his expe rience as Counsel in the Venezuelan Arbitra tion, with the many precedents for peaceful adjudication of international controversies that can be found in the history of the world.
