Innovation in Public Finance: sustaining infrastructures and services through PPPs

This report illustrates the findings of a 3-year research project covering the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP/PFI) topic. Solutions are provided for the financing of welfare services and infrastructures and addressing the allocation of risks. In particular, two research areas are covered in detail: 1.Value for Money in the Healthcare infrastructure PPP projects 2.Risk allocation in the Energy from Waste infrastructure PPP projects.
