Indian Outbreaks

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. One of these mounds formerly existed on Front street in the city of Mankato. Mr. Sibley built a dwelling house upon it, and while excavating for a cellar found quite a lot of Indian pottery, which I saw at the time.
