Every leader realizes that there will be obstacles to cross over, conflicts to resolve, and more than likely, opposition to face as part of achieving one's purpose, complete organizational goals, and the success of individual or church vision. Nehemiah provides for us an excellent example of one who was able to accomplish his God-given vision in the face of opposition, obstacles, and conflict.
