This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 7th Iberoamerican Workshop on Human-Computer Interaction, HCI-Collab 2021, held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in September 2021.*The 15 full and 4 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions.
