There is no Heavenly purpose for a person toconduct his or her life in one fashion over another. But there are mortaland therefore moral purposes, in Johns estimation. In turn, there isindividual responsibility for ones actions. And John explores thosehuman values and responsibility, as well as his Heavenly Gleanings. Inthe process, John develops his final theory about life, and executes hisfinal very mortal deed to help his fellow humans.
