Healed Table

Through her journey to heal cancel and heart disease and deal with the deaths of her father and brother, Tanya Aimanovich learned that in the early Jewish tradition every table is an altar. She was inspired to heal her relationship with food, resulting in weight loss of over 80 pounds. She became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and developed the Healed Table Method for weight loss.
