The new edition of the recognized commentaries, established for years in science and practise, accommodates the various changes of this field of law in all areas to the entire land registry procedural law. The objective, to describe the entire land registry procedural law in a single volume, which is certainly important for the practise, was also important for the currently available 6th edition.

The land registry procedural law has had some essential changes since the publication of the previous edition. The new edition takes legislators, jurisdiction and literature into consideration up to and sometimes beyond October 2005. Explanations have also been revised and updated for the rest.
