Growing Pains

This is my poetic journal. It has been a diary of sorts for me and an outlet to express the dark feelings I have bottled up inside. I am hoping that this book can help and inspire others. Everyone goes through ups and downs, and I have noticed that this generation especially has a vast amount of depressed people. Coming from a depressed teen, I can say that I can empathize with you and I hope this book finds itself in your hands for a deep and thoughtful read.
