The First part of the book talks about how to get ready for a newborn. The second part is talking about the mental health of the children. The last part of the book talks about the nutrition of the baby and breastfeeding. The book wants to teach us what to do in case of Eczema, which can start in the first month after birth and if we don't take good care we can have it for the rest of our life.
