From Promises To Progress

As a leader, you already know that designing DEI initiatives that have a measurable impact is imperative. However, you also know that the path toward an anti-racist, purpose-driven culture is riddled with potential pitfalls that can lead to DEI programs that are, at best, ineffective or, at worst, harmful. Throwing more money at the same old programs and initiatives will not lead to achieving racial equity or addressing anti-Black racism, and will result in a failure to uphold the promises and pledges made in the summer of 2020.
