Floppy the sloth lived in a tree. In a forest completely surrounded by sea. His real name was Joe, but was nicknamed so, because he was the slowest as slow could be.... Meet Floppy, who is tired of his nickname and of being quite so slow. When he sees a sign for a gym, he decides it's time to take matters in hand. But, can Floppy find his 'get up and go' and finally shake off his nickname?
