This is an easy, beginner friendly knitting pattern to help you make a slouchy beanie with leaf lace motif. The pattern comes in three yarn weights: DK, Worsted and Aran. This pattern s gauge is: 21 stitches in 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch for DK yarn; 19 stitches in 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch for Worsted yarn; 17 stitches in 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch for Aran yarn. There are yarn and needle size suggestions for each yarn weight in the pattern. You will need: yarn (up to 50 grams for the smallest size for DK / up to 60 grams for the smallest size for Worsted / up to 70 grams for the smallest size for Aran; up to 110 grams for the largest size for DK / up to 125 grams for the largest size for Worsted / up to 135 grams for the largest size for Aran), knitting needles to obtain the gauge, three stitch markers, darning needle. The hat is knit in the round.
