Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Some may complain of the recurrence of Latin and Greek words and sentences in the book. These have been used sparingly, and only where they seemed to add to the force of the argument, and their translation nearly always accompanies them. Several foot notes in Latin have not been translated these are not essential to the proper understanding of the text, and can easily be passed over by the general reader.
