Essences In Awakening

We live in a world of illusions. Everything you have been taught is someone's brainwashing. Without illusions there would be no awakening. This book is an invitation for you to reject everything you have been told, to empty the mind, and then begin to fill it with what you come know to be true. This process is called contemplation. It is a lifelong process. Only teach what you have come to know as truth through contemplation. Only then will you teach with authenticity and authority and be a master of the self. The 624 koans, contemplations, or meditations that are contained here are all personally authored by me over the last several years. They are hard-earned insights into the subtle illusions into which people get misled. All these quotes have an essence or vibration to them which is at the level of nonduality and enlightenment. The vibration will not be felt by people at a moralism or rationalism stage of living. Even spiritual people may not quite understand these koans. But, the essences here will be felt as very normal to those who have matured in their awakening.
