Enforcement of Copyright Law in India and Judicial Response -A Critique

Copyright enforcement is a very significant area in IPR, which protects the authors, performers and even computer programmers and performers. The law in the topic was largely not settled till the Amendment Act, 2013 came in to existence. The Author has made earnest efforts to study the Amendment Bill ,2012 of Copyright Act along with provisions in European and United States Law and has visited in to the provisions of Enforcement of Copyright. The rights of authors, performers , internet operators and computer programmers are also analysed in respect of Enforcement angle in this book.
