El autor nos muestra a trav s de estos coqu es una historia similar a lo que ha sido la historia de Puerto Rico a trav s de los a os. En esta historia, los coqu es deben luchar por sobrevivir en un nuevo ambiente donde salen a relucir sus diferencias ideol gicas, sus diferentes estilos de vida, sus defectos y virtudes. _______________________________________ This fable tells the story of four coqu s removed from their habitat and forced to work as an attraction at several circuses. The author shows us through these coqu s a history similar to what has been the history of Puerto Rico through the years. In this story, the coqu s must struggle to survive in a new environment which brings to light their ideological differences, different lifestyles, their strengths and weaknesses.
