It''s the year 2040 after the USA has suffered three decades of disasters both natural and man-made that have decimated the population, reduced tax payer base and bankrupted the country. A small group of highly placed and morally bankrupt politicians undertake to establish a covert operation meant to reverse the trend. What started with good intentions swiftly evolves into something else that is not so admirable. When Misty is dropped into their midst, it is the beginning of the end.
