This book is a brief attempt to sort out a few of the issues from a Biblical perspective, just so the average pastor can find a foothold from which to begin the uphill climb of counseling and deliverance. A quick Google search reveals that combining counseling with de-liverance ministries can be a very controversial issue. One would expect that the primary opposition to the practice would come from academes and professional psychologists or psychiatrists, and there is quite a bit of that; however, there is also plenty of controversy within the circles of practitioners of counseling and deliverance ministries.
