Dead Weight

Not all faerie tales have happy endings. In the aftermath of the Faerie War, Cendrine and Roland the Bold, race to defend the newest champion of the Unseelie court. Will they reach her before Oberon's wizard can carry Violet off to Arcadia to serve the King of Faerie's whim? And back during the war, Boy Scout must choose his course carefully. Choices create ripples that have ramifications in Arcadia and beyond. Can he come to terms with his growing bardic talents and become a man worthy of completing the Platoon's goals? Will he choose to embrace what it means to be a Warrior Poet? Bards everywhere are trying to control the strands of fate and destiny as forces from two worlds rush headlong to another confrontation, a confrontation that may very well destroy at least one world, perhaps both. Can a small, rag-tag group manipulate the laws that govern two disparate worlds in order to save both?
