This book constitutes the refereed post-proceedings of the 10th International Conference and 11th International Conference on Data Management Technologies and Applications,  DATA 2021 and  DATA 2022, was held virtually due to the COVID-19 crisis on July 6-8, 2021 and in Lisbon, Portugal on July 11-13, 2022.The 11 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 148 submissions.
