This book is a quick, easy read about board dynamics. It is designed to elicit thought not tell you how to perform your duties. By means of a fictional story, you will be led through the potential pitfalls awaiting you as a member of the board of directors, if you fail to do your due diligence. At strategic points in the storyline, you will be asked "what are you thinking".
