Its key feature is that it offers 6 months' worth of symptom tracking and disease management tools, it is the perfect journal for anyone living with a chronic illness or medical condition. This journal was created by Brianna Reeves, a 24-year-old who has been living with a form of rheumatoid arthritis for over 10 years. She designed this first for herself, but then with the intention to help others along their chronic illness journies.
