In the strongest days of the Sicilian-American mafia, the infamous De Luca family controlled both coasts of the United States and had a presence nearly everywhere in between. Those who spoke the name "e;De Luca"e; without caution could expect a knife in their backs or a bullet in their skulls. Armies could be summoned by the De Luca patriarch with a mere word, but the greatest fears of the public were the arms and legs of the family: the dread triplets, who left blood and terror in their wake.
