Contractual Relations in E-Commerce

The monograph is devoted to the study of contractual relations in electronic commerce, in that the work analyzes and compares the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other states in the framework of electronic commerce, presents legal and doctrinal definition of the concept of electronic commerce and contract in the conditions of electronic interaction, as well as determines the legal position of subjects of online commerce, considers the contractual and legal regulation of relations arising in electronic commerce.
