Concepts of Migration

It examines the causes and consequences of migration, particularly focusing on refugee movements during the European refugee crisis of 2015/2016. Key terms such as migration, spatial mobility, and transnationalism are defined and analyzed. Theoretical approaches, including neoclassical economic models and push-pull theories, are discussed to better understand the motivations behind migration. The study also highlights the distinction between refugees and migrants, addressing the societal and political implications of these terms.
