Civil liability for teachers

The management of a school is a matter of civil responsibility, which is understood as the obligation to answer for damage before the courts and to assume the civil, penal, disciplinary consequences, etc., either towards the victim or towards society. It therefore implies a certain number of parameters to be mastered, especially when one knows that it is a question of the relationship between the learners on the one hand and the teacher on the other. This management implies taking charge of the pupil in his school journey.
