L'annee 1893 se passa sans incidents. Ma lille Jeannc vint eclairer mon interieur d'un nouveau rayon de joie.

L'annee 1894 devait etre la derniere de mon se jour a l'etal-major de l'armee. Je fus designe pour faire, durant le dernier trimestre de cette annee, le stage reglementaire dans un regiment d'infan terie, stationne a Paris.
