Chemical Illusions are the latest black-market commodity on the street. They are fine strips of scripting code, designed to trigger chemical reactions within the logic chains of a recipient's brain. Lies as real as the truth - an addictive experience which helps the desperate masses, living in a system of the not so distant future, to escape the absurdity of a harsh daily reality.The tales in this compilation were all written between 1997 and 2004 in Eastern Europe under the influence of an environment of apathetic misery lurking about former communistic concrete blocks and running over contemporary internet infrastructure laid on ancient cable grids.
