Chartering Success in education is dependent on everyone examining great instructional methods, philosophies, methodologies, frameworks, support systems and investing in the right human capital. As a leader and a visionary of a charter school, I am often reminded by the pieces of the puzzle that one has and their relevance to shaping our lives. Remember, although completing the puzzle is one outcome, the ways in which you manipulate and strategize and view the different angles to create your ultimate picture in life is the ultimate process in which you learn, gather strength and become whole, the most amazing process you can undergo and evolve to become great.
