Challenges

Challenges represent a rare-very rare-insight as to what went on in a mental institution. It is intended to challenge you, the reader, to come and see for yourself the results of an institution shutdown over twenty years ago by the federal government. It also points out areas of interest to tourists to see for themselves the destruction of the city center and how it is trying to recover. It is meant for the policy decisionaEUR"e;makers and politicians and those who make the laws to see the results of what happened afterward. It also represents how we, once again, have to learn from the Indians.
